Returns & Exchange Policy

At Upper Celestials, we aim to ensure a smooth and transparent shopping experience for all our customers. Please review the policies below to understand how returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled.

Refund Policy

  • Full refunds are offered exclusively for defective or damaged products delivered to the customer.
  • Once we receive the item at our facility, it undergoes a quality inspection. If approved, a refund will be initiated to your original method of payment.
  •  Refunds are not applicable for sizing issues, change of mind, or personal preference.
  • If the product is confirmed to be defective, return shipping charges will not apply to the customer.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • If 15 business days have passed since approval and the refund has not shown, please contact us at unnamedbrand999@gmail.com.


Exchange Policy (Sizing Issues)

  • Exchanges are available only for size-related concerns. Refunds are not offered for sizing issues.
  • Customers may request a bigger or smaller size, subject to stock availability.
  •  Two-way shipping charges apply and are taken up by the customer.
  •  ₹200 for returning the item to us.
  • ₹200 for shipping the exchanged size back to you.
  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with all tags intact, and returned in its original packaging to be eligible.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be in the same condition as received.
  • It must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and free from any stains, damage, or odors.
  • All original tags must be intact.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, notify us immediately so we can review the issue and provide the appropriate resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  •  Sale items and gift cards (strictly non-returnable)
